Yummy and interesting but so far not illegal

Tonight I was forewarned that my dinner was very bizarre and possibly illegal which got me to wondering, but hey, it's all good.

I usually eat my dinner in two phases (hey, I'm here for 12 hours people), the first part is the hot food with the milk, and the second phase (about 3:00 to 4:00 in the morning is the cold phase.) Anyway, tonight the warm phase consisted of what I would describe as a roast cut like a steak. Whatever it's really called, it was delicious. Nice and tender and juicy. It was served over spaetzle noodles. So far nothing illegal. I guess I'll have to wait for the cold food to start breaking the law.
